Work referrals. We will take the hassle out of looking for a plumber. A comprehensive database of members from Rotorua through to the Bay of Islands, offering a range of services that covers drainlaying,gasfitting, roofing and plumbing, is available at the push of a button. We also have members with specialised services such as backflow prevention and underground leak detection services.
Got a Complaint or Dispute with your Master Plumber, Gasfitter or Drainlayer - the Association has a team of review officers who will look into the matter for you at no cost, to achieve a desired outcome.
Want Advice - Either ring the office on (09) 274 4849 or fill in the feedback form and submit your question. Technical advice to home owner questions will be supplied free of charge.
Arbitration - Your problem has reached an impasse and you need to take a formal approach. The Association Arbitration Procedure is followed in accordance with the Arbitration Act and is binding on both parties. It can only be challenged in the Court on a point of law.
Fire Sprinkler Design and Installation - We can provide names of Master Plumbers who are qualified to design and install fire sprinkler systems.
